    Huh? Unions have the ability to fire people? That is news to me.... nevermind the fact that an employer could ALREADY find out whether you have signed a union membership or authorization card under the current law...

  2. Think you might be overthinking this a bit DB. I think they're saying that its enactment would result in increased unemployment, and thus, ultimately, that individuals job. At least that was my reading.
