Newt's Legal Acumen Appears Questionable
Link here. Suffice to say that Newt's EFCA Twitter crusade seems destined for failure and embarrassment (which preserves the streak if nothing else). For those interested, commenter Nick put the smack down on this silliness in the comments section of this post, after I foolishly made a half-hearted defense.
